Useful properties of soybean

Lecithin, which enters the soybean, participates in fat metabolism, contributing to the reduction of fat stores in the liver and accelerating fat metabolism. The edge of the lecithin has a choleretic effect and reduces the synthesis of cholesterol in the body.
